* Karen Nakandakare, (senior diversity specialist)
* Fay Tate, (VP Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion) and
* Pete Magallones, (Sr. VP & Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion) accepted the award.
* The 2009 Small Business Advocate Award went to Tamela Lee, Director, City and County of Denver’s Office of Economic Development, Division of Small Business.
ACC 2010 Board Chair Kit Williams announced the newly elected board members.

* Sylvia Smith Brown, City of Denver Office of Economic Development
* and Sara Fuentes, President of Denver Business Associates were reelected for a second 3 yr. term.
